If you are interested in presenting at a GCHC Membership Meeting, please download the GCHC Presenter Request Form and email completed form to Sharon McMillan at sharon.mcmillangchc@tds.net.

Two Reminders:

1. When sending a completed form, the subject line of the email must contain Request to do Presentation at GCHC Meeting.
2. All requests should be submitted at least one month prior to the meeting.  Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
